We have a 3 bedroomed semi detached which is in a quiet village locataion, we live on a small cul-de-sac which is surrounded by farms and riding schools, primary school in the vilage and secondry schools all around. We are 3 miles from Haworth, 3 miles from Bingley and 4 miles from Bradford and 4 miles from Keighley.

The house consists of front garden and driveway with double drive wrought iron gates for the use of a car and a single wroght iron gate for walking in (these are brand new). front porch, large garden which is all fenced off with large 6 ft fence with gate on the side, the rear also has a nice rear patio area.

Inside is a large dining kitchen which has recently been decorated (able to fit large table and 6 chairs), good sized lounge with open fire. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms - all the good sizes, the bathroom was replaced in January 20009 which consists of bath with electronic over shower, sink and toilet, the whole house is double galzed and central heated. The 2 front door are due to be replaced at anytime so is the double glazing. Back bedroom recently re-decorated.
