Close to amenities, good local primary school, 10/15 minute walk from town centre.
Downstairs has laminate floors and tiled in the kitchen, however the stair and upstairs would need re-carpeting.
Would like to swap with a 3 bed house with garden, as I need another bedroom after having another child.
