Hi, I have a newly built (May 2008) 2 bed home in South Wigston, Leicestershire.
It’s a lovely home with small entrance hall, beech kitchen, downstairs w/c and large lounge with a door leading to private garden.
Upstairs there is the main bathroom with over bath shower and low level flush toilet (as is downstairs toilet also) and 2 large double bedrooms.
All rooms are painted cream and white with new (12 month old) quality carpeting in neutral colours.
The neighbours are lovely, most with young children (so no wild parties)
Also has everything on your doorstep... Tesco’s is seconds away, schools within a 5 minute walk, docs can be seen from the lounge and bus stop round the corner (buses run every 10/15 minutes, going to Wigston Magna, Leicester city centre and surrounding areas)
Loved living here, but need a bigger home as I have 3 children (2 girls and a boy) and a fear staying here much longer may result in my eldest killing her little brother :O)
Ideally I am looking to stay local as I am happy round here but would be willing to consider anywhere in Leicester..... I’m just looking for the right home for us.
