The flat itself is on the 6th floor,(lifts well maintained).Large double glazed windows in lounge give view as far as St Pauls Cathedral.Recently installed gas central heating.Large living room.Small bathroom and kitchen but fine for 1/2 people.
I have lived there 20 years and can truely say its a great community,with respectful tennants and a good social/cultural life to be found in Greenwich and nearby Blackheath.If your sporty theres 3 local gyms and lots of running,sports clubs in the park.
