I have a 2 bedroom bungalow within Bawburgh (in-between Costessey, easton and bowthorpe please see link at the bottom of the page for exact location).

Both bedrooms are of a good size with built in wardrobes an each and within the smaller bedroom i have had overhead pine storage units fitted professionally which will be staying in the property (these can be seen in the pictures attached)

There is a newly fitted kitchen with lots of storage space and a new floor (the kitchen also holds the airing cupboard)

The bathroom has had a new bath and tilling installed (we are also in the process of redecorating and re flooring).

The living room is very spacious with a new wooden floor there is also a possibility of re opening the fire places.

There is also a brick storage room of a good size attached to the bungalow which i currently use as a utility room as there is electricity units within.

The gardens are of medium size and manageable, with the possibility of using them for parking or there are also garages for storage or parking at request.

Bawburgh is a sought after village situated to the west of Norwich. The village is within close proximity to the University of East Anglia, Norfolk & Norwich University hospital,Sainsbury longwater store and bawburgh golf course. Norwich itself with its comprehensive facilities is approximately 5 miles to the east of the centre. There is easy access to the Southern Bypass and the A11.

Bawburgh is a picturesque village with a mill that was mentioned in the Domesday Book. Until 1967 this mill was working but, having undergone conversion, it now provides homes that overlook the River Yare.

Within bawburgh there is a very sought after primary school 1 minute walk from the bungalow itself a village hall, park, church and the kings head pub sainsbury's is a 2 minute drive or 10min walk away with also the costessey park and ride 5min walk away, and great bike routes. its a country village but within a 10 minute reach to our city centre.

I am currently looking for a 3 bedroom property in or around Norwich due to being a respite career for my disabled brother and want to foster children and being in a 2 bed property with 1 child this is difficult.
