It has gas central heating, secondary double glazing, a downstairs toilet with disabled access. Two large bedrooms and one medium sized bedroom.
Upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and modern fittings. Loft space. to the rear there is a small patio and lawned area with a large shed and water butt.
There are two allocated parking spaces in this new deveolopement.
The kitchen is fitted with modern beech cupboards and an extractor fan. Connection for a cooker, washing machine and dishwasher.
To the front there is a small garden with shrubs, a covered porch and a large cupboard- suitable for a tumble dryer or childrens bikes.
Close to the town centre and all the ameneties -it's in a prime location.

What I am looking for is a more rural three bedroom or four bedroom house in the South Oxfordshire area. In a village within driving distance of South Moreton Primary School or Lewknor Primary School.

The age of the house is not an important factor a semi-detached with off road parking would be ideal. I would require a downstairs toilet as well as an upstairs bathroom.
