I have a large 2 bed flat with large square living room 14'x14' a good size kitchen and 2 large bed rooms bathroom with toilet and walk in shower no bath.
I am on the second floor but there is a lift i have good neighboures and no flats above the flats have controlled entery and a nice enclosed comunual garden and seating area also shared laundery facillities with 2 washers and 2 dryers + ironing facillities the flats are situated in the center of town so shops are very close also being on the second floor is very quiet also some shared parking facillities.
